Leaders Connect impact on schools, teachers and students

Leaders Connect is not just an organization; it's a dynamic network of school districts united by a shared commitment to excellence in education. Our current districts represent the tapestry of American education, diverse in size, geography, and perspective. They have come together under the Leaders Connect umbrella to embark on a collective journey of continuous improvement. From fostering Professional Learning Communities and providing coaching to offering leadership support, instructional leadership team guidance, strategic planning, and championing recruitment and retention, to spearheading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives — our network of districts is at the forefront of effective educational practices. 

Currently, our NIC is comprised of the districts here but we're looking for more partners to expand network!
