  • 33% improvement in teacher retention rates from Year 2 to Year 3 (Gainesville ISD)
  • 100% of participants in our Aspiring Leaders Academy remained or promoted* in the district (MSD of Decatur Township. *32% promoted)

Educators of Color

Our network has made strides in promoting diversity among educators.

  • Colonial increased their EoC from 189-199 over 2 years; Gainesville 11 (20-21) to 165 (22-23)
  • 15% of MSD Decatur educators of color were promoted, as compared to 7% of all staff.

Student Achievement

Professional growth and development within our network has had a positive impact on student achievement.

  • 50% increase during the first two years of implementation of math and literacy scores in correlation with and compared to teacher evaluation data across the participating districts.
  • E3+ Districts' Student Proficiency Levels Improved in over 75% of Grades' 3-8 ELA and Mathematics
